Soap Making - Calendula, Rose and Aloe Vera Infused Cocoa Butter Soap for Dishwashing

A few months had past since my successful trial of replacing store bought dishwashing liquid with homemade soap. It was time to make another batch of soaps to keep up with the supply. This time I used cocoa butter based recipe instead of olive oil. 

This oil used for this soap is infused with Calendula and Rose petals and I added fresh Aloe Vera gel at the end of the process. 

Cocoa butter, coconut oil and infused olive oil:

Caustic soda:

Moulding and wrapping:
24 Hours later, the soap had hardened and ready for curing for 4 weeks:
