Handcrafted Crochet T-shirt Yarn Children Basket

These baskets were made from repurposed materials of T-shirt yarn and leftover wool yarn. They were unisex in design and colour, and were designed to maximise reusability and can be used for multiple occasions, such as Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Birthday, treat basket or toys basket.

Soap Making - Calendula, Rose and Aloe Vera Infused Cocoa Butter Soap for Dishwashing

A few months had past since my successful trial of replacing store bought dishwashing liquid with homemade soap. It was time to make another batch of soaps to keep up with the supply. This time I used cocoa butter based recipe instead of olive oil. 

This oil used for this soap is infused with Calendula and Rose petals and I added fresh Aloe Vera gel at the end of the process. 

Cocoa butter, coconut oil and infused olive oil:

24 Hours later, the soap had hardened and ready for curing for 4 weeks:

Handknitted Summer Baby Boy Gift Set

I knitted this set of cotton top, beanie, mittens and bootie for my son when he was born. I was told that the hospital air conditioning can get a bit chilly, so it would be best to pack something substantial for layering. My son was born in summer, so wool will be a bit too much for him. I opted for this Bendigo Woollen Mills cotton yarn which is soft, breathable and comes in vibrant colour.

Hayley Lace Cotton Top

This lace cotton top is a true summer top. I have yet for the chance to knit one for myself. But, I'm hoping I will knit one for next summer for family beach trip. 

The lace pattern is interesting and very eye catching.

This cute little tank top joined my Etsy store probably about 2 years ago. It's my absolute favourite and a superb cotton top. The shape and the lace detail is very feminine, but yet low key, so it can be worn on casual day.

Anita Cotton Top with Lace Sleeves

This summer top was my first attempt at knitting a summer top. It didn't disappoint, as the weight of the cotton yarn is very light but still has some hold on it that shapes the top well. The top is perfect for casual day out and very easy to pair up with jeans, pants or skirt. 

I have since allowed custom order request on this top in my Etsy shop, as it looks great with one plain solid colour or with stripes.

Katie Cotton Sleeveless Top with Lace Back

Katie cotton top is one of my most favourite knitted summer top. I actually have one for myself in deep purple colour that unfortunately no longer produced by Bendigo Woollen Mills. So, I can't replicate it.

The top has intricate lace at the front and back, which makes this top look rare and extravagant. The shape of the top is figure hugging and accentuates in the waist area.
